At Cosplay Demon Slayer, we strive to provide the most detailed product descriptions possible so that you don’t encounter any surprises when receiving our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@cosplay-demon-slayer.com as soon as possible. Since a majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is crucial to contact us within this period so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Order cancellation requests will not be accepted if your order has already been processed.

Address Errors in the Demon Slayer Realm

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your address and contact us promptly to request any modifications. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In such cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund minus the shipping costs or a reshipment, depending on your choice. You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund until your package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy for Cosplay Demon Slayer Items

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving their order for all our products, except for rings.

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements for Cosplay Demon Slayer Items

If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer three options:

  1. Refund Details & Store Credit
    By default, refunds are issued as store credit. If you wish to receive a monetary refund, please inform us. Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded. Discount codes or store credits cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
  2. Refund for a Wrong or Defective Item
    We sincerely apologize! Please email us at support@cosplay-demon-slayer.com with the following details:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue (e.g., wrong/defective item)
    • A photo or video of the issue

How can I get a refund for my product?
If you prefer, we can send you a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds (if applicable). Due to inspection, warehouse, and processing fees, some returned and refunded items may incur a 15% restocking fee. Orders that are exchanged or returned due to manufacturer defects will not incur these fees. Fees will be applied to the original order, and the remaining balance will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds generally take up to three weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

How to return an item?
Every return request must include a return form. Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with the form to the return address we will provide via email.

Shipping of Cosplay Demon Slayer Items

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded the exact amount you paid for the product (minus any restocking fees).

If you wish to exchange an item: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to arrive.

If you are shipping items valued at more than €50, we highly recommend returning the product with a tracking number.
